Nefertiti was - before Cleopatra - one of the most famous and beautiful female rulers of ancient Egypt. This gold queen of the Nile is nicely detailed with her head dress.
♡ Who was Nefertiti? ♡
Nefertiti was the pharaoh of the 18th Dynasty of Egypt; and reigned as a great royal woman at the side of Akhenaten, the pharaoh who ruled Egypt at the beginning of the New Kingdom, from 1352 BC to 1338 BC. Her name Nefertiti means 'The Beautiful One has come'. Nefertiti owes much of her fame to her bust - believed to have been made by the sculptor Thutmoses - which is kept in the Neues Museum in Berlin. The bust was found on 6 December 1912 during an excavation at the Middle Egyptian site of Tell el-Amarna.
She's suspended from a 9ct yellow gold open bail, making it very simple to add to an existing bracelet or necklace. In all, a fantastic and well designed vintage 9ct gold charm that would make a wonderful gift and addition to someone's jewellery repertoire!

Condition Good: This beautiful bust of Nefertiti charm is in excellent vintage condition. The 9ct Gold is bright, shiny and smooth with the lovely warm hues synonymous with vintage British gold. The bail is solid and open allowing it to be soldered onto a bracelet or worn as a pendant with ease.
